Duties
- Engage with customers in-store and via outbound calls to understand their flooring needs and preferences, offering tailored product recommendations.
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to showcase flooring options, including materials, durability, and installation processes.
- Develop new business opportunities through lead generation activities such as cold calling, networking, and community outreach.
- Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling complementary products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales pipelines efficiently.
- Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives to promote flooring products through local campaigns and digital channels.
- Negotiate pricing and installation services with clients to close sales effectively while maintaining profitability.

Experience
- Proven success in outside sales or retail sales roles with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) environments.
- Strong management skills demonstrated through account management responsibilities.
