While not required, experience managing brand partnerships, sponsorships, or influencer programs is a strong plus, as all of our campaigns include cross-brand collaborations and talent-led activations.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of social-first campaigns across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Own timelines, scopes, budgets, and resourcing for multiple concurrent projects.
- Serve as the operational lead, translating client needs and briefs into clear deliverables for internal teams.
- Partner with creative, strategy, and paid teams to align campaign execution with platform best practices.
- Oversee workflows such as influencer/creator onboarding, briefing, and content approvals (preferred).
- Facilitate cross-team and client communication to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Anticipate risks, troubleshoot issues, and proactively problem-solve.
- Provide campaign tracking support and post-campaign wrap-up materials.
- Contribute to workflow and process improvements across the agency.
- 3–5 years of project management experience in a creative, digital, or social-first agency environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and engagement best practices.
- Experience with brand partnerships, sponsorships, or influencer programs preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Comfortable managing scopes and budgets.
- A collaborative, proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
