Looking for the perfect part-time job? We’re looking for the perfect team player for our store.
Permanent part-time (not seasonal). Two or three days/week, including one weekend day.Must also be flexible to work occasional additional days or swap with other employees’ days. Must be computer-savvy and able to learn a pos system. Must also be comfortable working as the sole floor person and working alongside coworkers. An outgoing personality and willingness to help customers is essential. An interest in the outdoors and our brands would be a plus!

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and actively engage to understand their outdoor or indoor clothing needs
- Provide expert advice on the best apparel for the customer's outdoor apparel needs
- Assist customers with product selection
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions and handle cash handling accurately
- Answer customer inquiries via phone communication and assist with online e-commerce orders when needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred; familiarity or an interest in our brands helpful
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math for accurate transactions
- Passion for helping customers achieve their outdoor apparel goals
- Excellent customer service skills with an energetic approach to engaging shoppers
