Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools
- Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other trades by carrying supplies and equipment to designated areas
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris, waste, and hazards regularly
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision, adhering to proper safety procedures
- Help with site logistics such as moving materials, assisting with measurements, and preparing work areas for upcoming tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily activities and report any safety concerns or issues promptly
