we take care of marketing, visibility, and customer acquisition — you focus on delivering unforgettable tours and share a commission with us for each participant we bring.

What You’ll Do- Lead engaging and entertaining walking tours in Spanish around Philadelphia.
- Bring history to life through stories, anecdotes, and local insights.
- Create a memorable and high-quality experience for every guest.
- Represent our brand with professionalism, energy, and authenticity.
- Offer helpful recommendations to visitors about the city.
- Fluent Spanish is essential (English required; other languages are a plus).
- Strong communication and public speaking skills.
- Passion for history, culture, and storytelling.
- Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Comfortable working as an independent guide under a commission-based model.
- Previous guiding experience is a plus, but not required.
