What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pipe Fitter / Hydraulic position at Walkin Technologies LLC?
Responsibilities
and Aluminum Piping layout, fitting and pipe welding
Install, maintain and repair vessel and factory equipment including pumps, motors, belts, conveyors, bearings, hydraulics, control valves and filtration units
Troubleshoot problems with equipment onboard the vessel and assess to determine most effective and efficient means of repair
Structural steel fabrication and assembly
Qualifications
Proficient experience with MIG, TIG, and ARC welding of steel, stainless steel
Must be willing and able to wear/use appropriate PPE to include but not limited to hard hat, safety glasses, escape respirator, hearing protection, gloves and safety toed shoes
Willing to work overtime when needed
Self-starter and work without direct supervision
Ability to take directions and follow instructions
Be able to lift 50 lbs
Candidate will pass a formal interview, hands on testing, background check, and drug screen
All offers of employment are conditioned upon successfully passing a drug
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31.29 - $33.27 per hour
