Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Client Service
- Independently manage and service a personal lines book of business
- Respond to client inquiries regarding policy changes, billing, coverage questions, and claims
- Process policies, endorsements, renewals, applications, binders, and related documentation with accuracy
- Maintain organized client files and follow-up activities within agency systems
- Coordinate with carriers to resolve claims and complex service issues
- Lead renewal review process, including proactive account reviews prior to renewal
- Analyze coverage forms and policies to ensure proper protection and identify gaps
- Resolve client concerns to maintain high retention levels
- Support new sales opportunities generated from referrals and existing clients
- Strengthen long-term client relationships through consistent communication and service excellence
- 4 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
- Strong knowledge of personal lines coverage and industry standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and agency management systems
