Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cabinet Onsite Finisher and Touch-Ups specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing the final finishing touches on custom cabinetry and woodwork installations directly at the job site. Your expertise will ensure that each project meets our high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and aesthetic appeal. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with skilled trades and contribute to transforming spaces with precision and care. The ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, and possesses a strong background in carpentry and construction finishing.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed touch-up work on installed cabinets, ensuring smooth finishes, proper alignment, and flawless appearance.
• Apply caulking, staining, sealing, and other finishing techniques to enhance the durability and visual appeal of cabinetry.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the installation process to identify and correct imperfections or defects.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete sanding, trimming, sanding, or minor repairs on-site.
• Collaborate with project managers and lead carpenters to coordinate finishing schedules and meet project deadlines.
• Read blueprints, schematics, or installation instructions to accurately execute cabinet assembly and finishing tasks.
• Assist with other related tasks such as door hanging, fixture installation, or minor remodeling work as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in carpentry, trim carpentry, or cabinet installation within a construction or restoration environment.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and other construction equipment safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings related to cabinetry projects.
• Experience with finishing techniques including staining, painting and caulking.
• Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
