Position SummaryWalker White Mechanical is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks in a fast-paced office setting.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors in person and by phone
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
- Schedule appointments and dispatch calls as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front office area
- Support office staff and management with daily tasks as needed
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure
