Exciting Leadership Opportunity: Site Director / Senior Team Leader
Are you ready to lead a dynamic, mission-driven team in the heart of Roxbury? Walker Community Counseling is seeking a passionate and experienced Site Director/Senior Team Leader to oversee and inspire a multidisciplinary team providing critical behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families.
This is more than a management role—it's a chance to shape the future of community-based mental health care. You’ll lead a team of clinicians, therapeutic mentors, and interns delivering in-home therapy, therapeutic mentoring, and outpatient services. You’ll also play a key role in site operations, staff development, and program innovation, all while ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.

- Lead and mentor a diverse team of behavioral health professionals.

- Represent Walker in community and funder meetings, strengthening partnerships and expanding impact.
- Shape the site’s culture and operations, ensuring safety, continuity, and responsiveness to client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support CBHI and outpatient staff, interns, and potentially other team leaders.
- Oversee clinical services, team meetings, training, and performance evaluations.
- Manage site operations including coverage, building needs, and crisis response.
- Collaborate with the Program Director and management team to drive program goals and compliance.
- Provide direct clinical services as needed
- Provide on call support to staff through a rotating schedule
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed clinician (LICSW, LMHC) with a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
- Proven experience in community-based mental health, especially with children and families.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience supervising clinical staff and interns.
