Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Workers' Compensation Paralegal located in Orlando, FL. The Workers' Compensation Paralegal will assist attorneys with the preparation of legal documents, review of medical records, and communication with clients and the court. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that deadlines are met and that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Workers' Compensation Paralegal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases
- Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
