Compensation:
$15 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Utilize case management software to log and manage work orders
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Operate office equipment, including copiers, fax machines, scanners, and voicemail systems.
- Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and provide alternate solutions
- Perform filing and general administrative duties.
