Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager/Office Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Fill out all Minnesota title documents for new/used boat's and trailers.
- Prepare all financial documents for customers.
- Support business development initiatives through financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning to drive growth opportunities.
- Perform daily office duties including answering and transfer incoming phone calls
- Utilize financial software for data entry, report writing, and financial analysis; ensure accuracy in all financial documentation.
- Assist with office administration duties.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales or finance preferred.
- Proficiency with financial software tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms; excellent skills in balance sheet reconciliation and account reconciliation.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership qualities that foster teamwork while maintaining attention to detail; proactive problem-solving skills are essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
