What You'll Be Doing
- Lead capital engineering projects from initial scoping and budgeting through execution, commissioning, and completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and contractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
- Drive compliance with safety, environmental, and engineering standards across all project phases.
- Collaborate with plant leadership, engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to identify risks, resolve challenges, and deliver operational improvements.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 5 years' capital project management experience within chemical manufacturing.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple capital projects within operational manufacturing facilities.
- Strong understanding of industrial safety, environmental compliance, project budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and technical problem-solving skills. PMP certification is advantageous.
