The successful candidate for the Chemical Process Maintenance Supervisor position will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and reliability programs at our facility.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Turnaround Planning and Execution: Spearhead site turnaround efforts, focusing on safety, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency goals.
- Maintenance Team Leadership: Provide direction to the maintenance team, emphasizing safety, reliability, cost management, and labor utilization.
- Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maintain equipment efficiency.
- Reliability Initiatives: Introduce and sustain reliability best practices to ensure operational dependability.
- Problem Resolution and Analysis: Analyze process issues, performance gaps, and guide resources to resolve manufacturing and maintenance challenges.
- Continuous Improvement and Change Management: Drive corrective/preventive measures and participate in the development of continuous improvement actions.
- Budget and Cost-Effectiveness: Oversee departmental budgets, focusing on cost-effective maintenance solutions.
- Safety and Environmental Initiatives: Maintain a safe working environment, minimizing incidents and injuries, and supporting PSM and HSE initiatives.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for maintenance personnel to enhance skillsets and operational effectiveness.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the site Management Team to reduce downtime and ensure effective maintenance practices.
