Walker Lane Mining Company LLC is seeking a Mine Engineer to support mining operations through planning, analysis, and optimization of production activities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement mine plans and designs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Analyze geological data and production metrics
Develop and monitor production schedules
Conduct feasibility studies
Prepare reports and ensure compliance
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or related field
Experience with mine software (Surpac, Vulcan, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
Valid Driver’s License
Work Conditions
Office and field work
Outdoor mining environment
Uneven terrain
PPE required
Extended hours as needed
