Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Crusher Mechanic to join our dynamic team. • Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on crushers, conveyors, screens, and other related equipment to maximize uptime and productivity
• Utilize OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) manuals, schematics, and technical documentation to troubleshoot complex mechanical and hydraulic issues
• Conduct fabrication and welding repairs as needed to maintain equipment integrity and safety standards
• Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and tractor-trailers to facilitate maintenance tasks or move equipment safely
• Replace or repair components including transmissions, brakes, suspensions, hydraulics, and electrical systems using hand tools and power tools
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service reports, and safety documentation in compliance with company policies
• Assist in the assembly of new equipment or parts following technical specifications and OEM guidelines

Experience

• Proven mechanic experience with heavy industrial equipment, preferably within mining or aggregate production environments
• Dealership experience is highly desirable for familiarity with OEM parts and diagnostic procedures
• Strong fabrication skills including welding, soldering, and metalworking techniques
• Hands-on experience with diesel engines, transmissions, air brake systems, HVAC systems, and tire service
• Skilled in reading schematics and electrical diagrams for troubleshooting complex systems
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and other machinery safely and efficiently
• Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance procedures, suspension alignment, hydraulics repair, and heavy lifting techniques
• Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and support operational needs

Pay: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour
