Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with a North Carolina Property & Casualty insurance license to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and committed to providing excellent service while building strong relationships with our clients.
Candidates who already hold an active North Carolina insurance license will receive additional consideration regarding compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update client records and databases
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information and assistance to clients regarding their policies and coverage
- Collect and document customer information accurately
- Address client questions and help resolve concerns or issues
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
- Assist team members when needed to ensure smooth daily operations
- Stay organized while managing multiple tasks and client interactions
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Property & Casualty insurance license (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
