Job Description
- Train end users the practical skills needed to carry out work-related tasks and ensure training requirements meet appropriate training track for new users
- Attend all required meetings and training
- Maintain training calendar, including student, room, and instructor assignments
- Administering post-live refresher, optimization, and skills-enhancement training
- Providing support and troubleshooting issues that arise in the training environment
- Opportunity to support end users with at-the-elbow go-live support
- Planning how to deliver new information about the system to end users before upgrades
Job Requirements
- 2 years’ experience working in healthcare environments as a Certified Epic Credentialed Trainer OR 7 years of experience as At-The-Elbow support
- Digital literacy across an array of digital tools. Ability to use technology independently and strategically.
- Capacity to manage multiple competing objectives and to clearly communicate results
- Excellent customer service skills
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate Degree
- Preferred Epic Certifications in 1 or more of the following: ASAP, Beaker - Anatomic Pathology (AP) & (CP), Cadence, Cupid, EpicCare Ambulatory, EpicCare Inpatient Clin Doc, Grand Central, Prelude, OpTime, Anesthesia, Radiant, Resolute Hospital Billing, Stork, Inpatient Willow, Inpatient Provider.
