Traveling Construction Superintendent
Commercial & Light Industrial Construction
3 years verifiable experience with Tenant Infill and Ground-Up.
Travel will be throughout TN and bordering states.
Must be able to read construction documents and manage subcontractors in a professional manner.
Preferred experience working in ProCore Construction Management program.
Daily reporting required.
Dependable transportation.
Neat and Professional appearance.
Good communication skills, both written and oral.
Punctual

Ability to maintain job schedule
Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
Email and smartphone proficient.
Must understand Code Enforcement Inspections
