What You'll Do:
- Manage and grow an established territory while actively developing new business opportunities
- Build strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat sales
- Conduct outbound calls and occasional public speaking engagements to promote Ford commercial products
- Navigate the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals
- Maintain accurate records through CRM tools
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 1 year of Ford Truck Commercial Sales experience (required)
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- CRM experience preferred
