The Opportunity
We're seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Legal Assistant Supervisor to lead our Legal Assistant team. This is a hands-on supervisory role for someone who thrives on coaching teams, improving processes, and delivering exceptional client service.

What You'll Do
Lead & Develop Teams
- Supervise Legal Assistants (4-6 team members)
- Conduct active call monitoring and provide real-time coaching
- Interview, hire, train, and mentor team members
- Hold regular team meetings and one-on-one performance reviews
Ensure Excellence in Client Service
- Monitor Case Status ratings (maintain above 8.5)
- Ensure all client communications are responded to same business day
- Handle escalated client issues and complaints
- Provide bilingual support for Spanish-speaking clients
- Assist with in-person client inquiries and signups
Drive Performance & Quality
- Track KPIs including missed call rates (keep below 10%), referral generation, and CE completion
- Review call recordings and provide targeted coaching
- Ensure 90-day client follow-ups include all required elements
- Monitor NPS scores and ensure low scores (6 or below) are addressed within 2 business days
Step In When Needed
- Support Intake team during high-volume periods or in-person signups
- Take calls and assist clients when team members are unavailable
- Handle complex client situations requiring supervisor-level attention
What You'll Bring
Required:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Required
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Proficiency with technology and ability to learn new systems (Litify, Case Status, Dialpad)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired:
- Strong understanding of Social Security Disability processes preferred
- Experience in legal or client service environment
- Background in call center or operations management
- Experience with performance metrics and data analysis
- Proven track record of developing and motivating teams

Work Schedule
This is a full-time, in-person position at our Hermosa Beach office.
- Monday - Friday schedule
- Occasional flexibility required for team needs
- Attend weekly Staff Huddles and Management Meetings
