Duties

• Assist our dentists during a wide range of procedures including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and prosthodontics.
• Provide excellent chairside support and patient education
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment in compliance with OSHA/WISHA
• Take Digital x-rays and impressions
• Sterilize instruments and manage inventory
• Ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient
• Keep record of all patient treatment using Dentrix

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dental assisting or a related field is required
• Strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and medical terminology.
• Experience with 3D scanners and dental imaging is desirable.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality at all times.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members.
• Commitment to ongoing education in infection control practices and advancements in dental technology.
