Product Manager

Walker Digital Table Systems is seeking a Product Manager – Casino Operations Solutions to support the development and delivery of products that enhance casino floor operations around table games. This role works closely with global product, engineering, and customer teams across WDTS.

This role focuses on operational workflows, performance optimization, and data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, game protection, and player management.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• - Support development and execution of product roadmap. 

• - Translate business and customer needs into product requirements. 

• - Manage backlog, sprint planning, and prioritization using Jira or similar tools. 

• - Collaborate with engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams. 

• - Support customer engagement, feedback, and product improvements. 

• - Monitor product KPIs and drive continuous improvement. 

Requires Skills/Abilities:

·       Strong understanding of casino operations, particularly table games environments, or related regulated industries. 

·       Proficiency with Jira or similar tools. 

·       Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. 

·       Familiarity with AI tools to improve productivity and automate tasks. 

·     Strong analytical and communication skills.

Education and Experience:

• ·   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field. 

• ·   Minimum of 5 years of product management experience; 8 years preferred. 

• ·   Experience in casino gaming or regulated industries preferred. 

·   Valid passport required and ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally, primarily within APAC. 

Job Type:

Full-time, exempt

Total Rewards:

$110,000 - $130,000 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geograp1hical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the selected candidate. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as business results.
