Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Paramedic role based in Huntsville, TX. The Paramedic will respond to emergency calls, provide advanced medical care, and safely transport patients to medical facilities. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering life-saving treatments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the readiness of medical equipment and supplies. The role requires collaboration with other emergency personnel and adherence to established protocols to deliver high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in administering emergency medical care, patient assessment, and advanced life support techniques
- Strong knowledge of medical protocols, equipment operations, and emergency response procedures
- Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills under high-pressure situations
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain accurate documentation
- Current Paramedic certification/licensure as required by the State of Texas
- Valid CPR and ACLS certifications; PALS certification is a plus
