Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning, debris removal, and surface preparation using hand tools and power tools to restore damaged areas effectively.
- Assist with fire restoration tasks such as soot and smoke removal, cleaning affected surfaces, and deodorization.
- Follow detailed work plans, safety guidelines, and industry best practices to ensure high-quality results on every project.
- Reinstalling cabinets, doors, trim, drywall, etc.
- Painting, drywall texturing, flooring install, demo.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction, cleaning, or environmental remediation is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of restoration processes including water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship.
- Excellent physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various environments.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients throughout projects.

Pay: $19.00 - $29.00 per hour
