About the Job:
Walker Construction is looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our field crew as Construction Laborers. You’ll work directly under a Job Foreman to support a variety of tasks, including hand work, setting panels, light carpentry, soil grading, compacting, and more.

What You’ll Do:
Assist with daily job site setup and cleanup
Use hand tools and power tools to support construction tasks
Rake, shovel, compact soil, and move materials
Load/unload forms, rebar, and other materials
Follow instructions from the Foreman and communicate clearly with your crew
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
What We’re Looking For:
Previous construction or trade experience preferred, but not required
A strong work ethic and the ability to show up on time, ready to work
Ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs, kneel, bend, and work outdoors in all weather
Willingness to work overtime when needed
Valid driver’s license preferred
