We've built the lead engine. Now we need the right advisor to convert the demand it generates.

Federal retirements are accelerating - 317,000 Feds separated in 2025 alone - creating an unprecedented volume of federal employees making consequential decisions about FERS retirement, TSP rollovers, tax planning, survivor benefits, and lifetime income coordination - often for the first time.


This isn't a trend. It's a demographic and policy-driven wave that will continue for years and lead many more to actively seek out guidance from someone who understands their system.

We're looking for one Growth Advisor to help expand the advisory capacity within this growing practice.


What You Inherit on Day 1

Most advisors spend years building a pipeline. You won't start from zero.

  • A Database of Federal Employee Prospects- built over a decade of education and outreach
  • A proven education engine - the FEDucated webinar series & content creates a steady pipeline of planning conversations throughout the year to supplement/expand database of prospects
  • A fully built virtual practice - CRM, compliance framework, AI-enhanced workflows, and client onboarding systems already in place
  • A defined client profile - federal employees ages 55–70, approaching or recently in retirement typically with $500,000–$2,000,000 in investable assets


This isn't a ground-floor startup role. The foundation is here. Your job is to scale the advisory capacity on top of it.


🎯 What Success Looks Like

You'll own your results. That means:

  • Proactively pursuing qualified prospects within our Fed audience - including: engaging with webinar attendees, newsletter subscribers, & prior inquiries
  • Converting qualified prospects into committed clients
  • Guiding federal employees through FERS elections, TSP rollovers, tax coordination, and income planning
  • Building client relationships that deepen over time
  • Moving people from education to confident action


We measure outcomes - not just activity.


πŸ‘€Who We're Looking For

You're the right person if you:

  • Have a track record of converting prospects into clients as a financial advisor, wealth manager, or insurance-licensed advisor
  • Understand (or are eager to master) Federal Benefits (FERS, TSP, FEHB, FEGLI, and SSB)
  • Hold an active Series 65 or Series 66 (required)
  • Are based in or near Charlotte, NC - we're virtual, but we value in-person collaboration early on
  • Know how to run a pipeline - set targets, work them, own the outcome
  • Thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial environment where initiative matters more than hierarchy


This is not a rank-and-file role. We're looking for a growth-minded advisor who wants to play a central role in scaling a practice with real traction - and build a long-term home doing it.

Competitive base salary plus uncapped production-based compensation. Advisors who successfully convert opportunities and grow client relationships typically reach strong six-figure earnings as their book develops, with meaningful upside as AUM production and long-term client relationships compound over time.
