As a Strategic Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering long-term client relationships, driving data-driven discussions, and identifying growth opportunities within our embedded account base. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring a seamless experience while coordinating operational goals, performance measures, and contract implementations. This role directly supports our client’s mission by strengthening payer partnerships and improving access to care through high-quality transportation solutions.

About The Role

You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring a seamless experience while coordinating operational goals, performance measures, and contract implementations. This role directly supports our client’s mission by strengthening payer partnerships and improving access to care through high-quality transportation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client liaison and strategic thought partner for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships
- Lead data-driven conversations with clients to enhance membership services and overall performance
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities within the embedded account base in partnership with Sales
- Lead expansion implementations in coordination with Strategic Accounts leadership
- Partner with Operations to define, implement, and monitor performance measures and operational goals
- Proactively identify, address, and resolve operational and account-related issues
- Provide performance insights and growth recommendations to internal leadership
- Support contract management, including renewals and new agreements, ensuring alignment with operational feasibility
- Facilitate contract implementation, training, and compliance requirements
- Lead development of operational procedures and project management initiatives tied to client contracts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within healthcare, B2B SaaS, or enterprise technology
- Experience managing accounts with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) of $500K or greater
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive insights
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build consensus across teams
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience in consulting or solutions architecture
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
