We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to work in our client's Child Victims Act (CVA) Department.

They have achieved successful resolutions in some of the most challenging fields in the industry, including pharmaceutical drug and medical device mass tort product liability litigations, 9/11 World Trade Center and Sexual Abuse cases including BSA and Child Victims Act claims.

This is an onsite 5 days/week position.

Role & Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients.
- Preparing and exchanging discovery demands, responses and authorizations.
- Obtaining and exchanging medical records.
- Court filings.
- Other administrative duties as needed.
Experience/Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm environment required
- Experience with negligence, personal injury, and other sensitive matters (including cases involving abuse or sexual misconduct) preferred
- Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records is a plus
- Experience with case management systems and litigation support tools required
- Proficiency with Maryland Electronic Courts (MDEC) system required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and able to work collaboratively within a close-knit team
- Paralegal certification, a plus
