- Architect and execute the long-term strategic vision for AggDirect, ensuring alignment with global corporate objectives.
- Capitalize on emerging growth engines, including regional infrastructure development, SaaS integration, and traditional aggregate sales.
- Cultivate a high-performing, agile team, championing a culture of transparency, innovation, and relentless execution.
- Build and maintain elite-level partnerships with industry leaders to secure recurring business and platform loyalty.
- Identify and negotiate strategic alliances to broaden the platform's technological capabilities and market reach.
- Orchestrate aggressive user acquisition strategies through sophisticated, data-driven marketing and sales funnels.

Requirements
What you bring:
