Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist every customer in a friendly, professional manner.

• Coordinate shop workflow efficiently using best-in-class systems.

• Prepare detailed, accurate estimates, work orders, and invoices.

• Explain vehicle inspection results clearly and help customers prioritize repairs.

• Order quality parts and manage inventory effectively.

• Ensure every vehicle is returned clean and meets quality standards.

• Build long-term client relationships and foster customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or automotive advising.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Professional demeanor suitable for representing a high-quality organization.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to type 50 words per minute accurately.

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
