As an Internet Manager, you will be responsible for managing online sales and customer inquiries, as well as providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline with accurate and current information
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Assist with inventory control and management of online listings
- Provide sales support by scheduling appointments, conducting follow-ups, and coordinating test drives
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Experience:
- Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in an internet sales role
- Strong knowledge of online sales platforms and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
