In this role, you will prepare and review complex tax returns, mentor staff, and work closely with clients to deliver high-quality tax services. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review individual, partnership, corporate, and nonprofit tax returns.
- Conduct thorough reviews of staff-prepared returns to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Research and resolve complex tax issues and provide guidance to clients and team members.
- Assist in tax planning and advisory services for clients.
- Collaborate with senior staff and partners to identify process improvements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- 3–5 years of relevant tax experience in public accounting (experience with individuals, partnerships, corporations, and nonprofits preferred).
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and tax preparation software.
- Proven ability to review and supervise staff-prepared work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude, initiative, and a team-oriented mindset.
