About the Role:

As an Experienced Sales Consultant at Walker Acura, you will play a pivotal role in driving vehicle sales and delivering exceptional customer service within the retail automotive industry. Your primary objective will be to understand customer needs, present suitable vehicle options, and guide clients through the purchasing process to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. You will leverage your expertise to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and repeat business. Collaborating closely with the sales team and management, you will contribute to achieving dealership sales targets and enhancing overall showroom performance. This role demands a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to representing the Walker Acura brand with professionalism and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a sales consultant or in a similar sales role within the automotive or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle features, financing options, and sales processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a dealership environment, specifically with Acura or similar automotive brands.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Certification in automotive sales or related training programs.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bilingual abilities to serve a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective customers to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and financing options effectively.
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring compliance with dealership policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Prepare and process all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.


Salary : $50,000 - $150,000
