As a Busser, you’re the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps everything running smoothly. Quick on your feet and quick with a smile, you’ll make sure tables are spotless and guests are ready for their next round of appetizers.
Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Promptly clear and reset tables after guests depart.
- Assist servers by refilling water glasses, replenishing bread/condiments, and delivering items as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including floors, chairs, and service stations.
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest-facing areas, including outdoor areas
- Ensure guest restrooms are clean, stocked, and presentable always, including checking paper products, soap, and overall cleanliness during each restroom check; report any maintenance issues immediately
- Ability to lift 70 lbs.
- Ability to stand for 10 hours
- Ability to work at a fast pace for at least 6 hours consecutively
- Ability to adhere to uniform guidelines
- Have reliable form of transportation
- Ability to memorize the floor chart and table numbers
