FOH Key Manager

Walkons Front of House Key Manager is an hourly position responsible for supervising the front of the house operations. Duties include monitoring the ambiance, temperature, cleanliness, organization and televisions in the dining room. The Key Manager supports the front of house staff by being visible and active in the front of house.  They ensure the hosts, bussers, servers, bartenders, and to geaux staff are performing at a high level. They are required to visit guests at tables and follow up on their experience. They need to multi-task. effectively communicate and be an expert at problem resolution. The Shift Leader must have the capacity to teach and coach in the moment and guarantee an excellent work environment. They will be handling cash from proceeds and reconcile store deposits. They are expected to dress professionally, be punctual, and possess excellent communication skills.
