Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. Hours are Monday to Friday. Full range of medical assistant duties. Position available immediately.
Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
- Perform intake assessments, including taking vital signs and documenting medical histories.
- Administer medications and assist with treatment plans as directed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems.
- Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing patient flow.
- Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy and physiology to assist in patient education and care.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a clinical setting.
- Proficient in EHR systems for efficient patient documentation and management.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to provide exceptional patient service and support.
