Schedule: Approximately 24 hours per week
Walk In Closet is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Representative at our self-storage facilities in Randolph and Norwell. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, working independently, and handling a variety of day-to-day responsibilities.
Important Requirements:
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel between both Randolph and Norwell locations
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with home office personnel
- Maintain unit and entire facility cleanliness
- Assist customers with storage unit rentals and leasing inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone
- Process rental agreements and maintain accurate records
- Support daily office operations and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
