We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill a position as a Material Handler/Shipping/Receiving for our warehouse and service operations. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for shipping and receiving. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Accurately receiving incoming purchase orders from vendors.
- Accurately shipping product to customers and sales staff.
- Ensuring that parts are accurately recorded to the appropriate job order so that they can be correctly invoiced.
- Accurately recording inventory transactions.
- Providing support (as required) to the Internal Part Sales Representatives for walk-in, phone call and email parts inquiries; including tasks such as:
- Providing customers with quotes.
- Processing part sales orders.
- Communicating with customers on the status of their quotes and sales orders.
- Preparing courier shipments as well as pickup/delivery arrangements for parts sales orders.
- Build hoses as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Assist in other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, where there is often a high level of urgency.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and record-keeping.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate intermediate computer skills, including spreadsheet knowledge.
- Ability to interface with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Ideal candidate should be within a 30-minute commute of facility.
