Responsibilities:
- Assemble furniture
- Perform carpentry work
- Install and repair light fixtures
- Painting
- Drywall repair and installation
- Handle a variety of small maintenance and repair jobs across our properties
Requirements:
- Must have your own tools
- Reliable and dependable, with strong attention to detail
