Job Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles, including engine work, transmission repairs, brakes, and suspension.
- Conduct multi-point inspections and provide recommendations for needed services.
- Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot issues accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and safety standards.
- Keep detailed records of repairs and parts used.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Communicate with service advisors regarding vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
- Handling some customer interactions/ invoicing.
Requirements:
- Preferred 2 years of experience as an automotive technician. (Subaru experience preferred but not required).
- ASE certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be reliable.
- Must have own set of basic tools (specialty tools provided).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
