Job Description:
We’re seeking an energetic Seasonal Sales Representative to join us full-time 30-40 hours/week from May to October. This role offers great earning potential with a guaranteed hourly rate of $15/hour plus commission. If you love connecting with people, have a knack for sales, and enjoy the RV camping or outdoor vacationing vibe, this is your chance to shine!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guided tours of the resort, showcasing why Waldenwoods is the perfect vacation spot for families.
- Meet or exceed personal sales targets while keeping customer satisfaction front and center.
- Engage prospective guests, turning them into members by highlighting the value of Waldenwoods.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Share feedback from guests with the Director of Sales & Marketing and team to improve offerings.
- Work collaboratively with the team on specific projects as needed.
- Keep the Director and team updated on sales activities and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, especially in the RV industry, camping, cottages, or outdoor vacationing, is a big plus.
- Public speaking skills (comfortable with podium talks, small groups, or larger crowds).
- Passion for turning prospects into customers with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions that enhance their quality of life.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs, etc.).
- Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Word, Outlook) are a bonus; CRM experience is a plus but not required.
