Machine Operator

Position Summary

Wald Manufacturing is hiring a Machine Operator for a repetitive production role.

This position involves operating some automated and some manual equipment, including a saw and punch press. The work is straightforward: load a part, run the machine cycle, remove the part, and repeat.

This is a good fit for someone who is reliable, shows up on time, follows instructions, and is comfortable doing repetitive work throughout the day.

Starting pay is $11.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

Operate a saw and punch press safely

Load and unload parts from equipment

Check parts for defects or issues

Follow basic work instructions and safety rules

Keep the work area clean and organized

Report machine or quality problems to a supervisor

Maintain steady production throughout the shift

Qualifications

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Able to follow instructions

Comfortable with repetitive work

Able to stand for long periods

Able to lift and move parts as needed

Basic attention to detail

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful but not required

Starting pay: $11.50 per hour

M-Thur. 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Temp position with benefits in future.
