Project Architect

PROJECT ARCHITECT

We’re looking for highly motivated applicants who can multi-task and work independently on projects from the conceptual design phase through construction administration. Interested candidates should be licensed, or interested in pursuing a license.

Education and Experience: 

• Education: Five (5) year Bachelor of Architecture degree or Six (6) year Master’s Degree from NAAB accredited school. 
• Experience: Five (5) years’ job-related practice. 
• Licensure/Certification: Registered Architect preferred. 

Responsibilities: 

• Responsibilities include all phases of design and documentation through construction administration, project management and client contact. 
• Effectively demonstrate technical detailing and problem-solving skills on complex project types. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Should possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a Project Team, possess strong leadership & interpersonal skills, and strong time management skills. 
• Should be able to interact professionally with clients, vendors, regulatory agencies, and other external sources in a professional manner. 
• Should be proficient in technical drawing and detailing. 3-D modeling software skills also preferred. 
• Should posses and be able to demonstrate design creativity and talent 
• Should be able to manage and produce documents on multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills, both orally and in writing 

Compensation:

Salary range for this position is determined on qualifications and experience.
