Senior Manager, Business Strategy - Walmart+ (Member Acquisition - Trials)

The Walmart Member Acquisition team is accountable for driving membership growth by bringing in new trial, paid and reactivated members and engaging trial members by getting them to use their benefits early in their tenure. What you'll do... Lead the strategy to help new Walmart trial members stay engaged and convert to paid membership Define and execute plans that drive early tenure engagement, focusing on high-impact opportunities Monitor trial performance and uncover insights to improve the member experience and deliver results Be the go-to expert for all things Walmart Trial — from performance trends to optimization strategies Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and other teams to bring ideas to life Identify what motivates different member groups and use those insights to shape targeted strategies Test, learn, and iterate — using data to inform decisions and continuously improve how we serve members What you'll bring... Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 6 years experience in business strategy, business operations, data analytics, consulting, or related field. You are someone who takes end-to-end ownership to independently lead cross-team partners through high visibility projects. You have expertise in working in a cross team environment, often in complex organizational matrices. Expertise in adapting your communication style to connect with different audiences, including executives and team members alike. You are structured in your thought process and can break down large problems into smaller simpler problems.
