We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics, to lead key initiatives, shape policy, and ensure our business operates with integrity. In this role, you’ll partner with leaders across the organization, drive compliance strategies, and help foster a culture where doing the right thing is second nature. What You’ll Do: Direct compliance and ethics initiatives in a specified area, responding to questions and issues, and monitoring laws and regulations Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures Analyze data, create reports, and communicate findings to senior leadership Manage the development and execution of a legislation assessment strategy Research and develop recommendations for corporate positions on various issues Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates Promote and support company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity What You’ll Bring: Strong understanding of compliance and ethics principles and regulations Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong leadership and management skills Experience in developing and implementing compliance and ethics programs Ability to analyze complex data and create reports Strong research and writing skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong understanding of company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity Benefits & Perks: Beyond competitive pay, you can receive incentive awards for your performance.
