Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost monitoring for multiple projects within a program. Define program goals, deliverables, and schedules, creating accountability matrices and decomposing programs into actionable modules. Support technology stakeholders, translate business needs into project activities, and align solutions with overall strategy. Build consensus among diverse stakeholders, communicate complex information clearly, and foster productive relationships. Lead program estimation, risk assessment, and scenario planning to ensure successful delivery and resource optimization. What You’ll Bring Proven expertise in financial management, budgeting, and program monitoring tools. Strong knowledge of program management techniques, benefits analysis, and planning frameworks. Ability to navigate technology landscapes, develop business cases, and connect domain needs with solutions. Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in business operations, KPI assessment, and driving organizational planning processes.
