Overview: Responsible for serving as the point person between Sterile Processing and the Operating Room supervisors to resolve issues that may arise before, during, or after a surgical case. The Team Leader coordinates with the assigned specialty area to ensure appropriate instrumentation and sterile supplies are available for each case and serves as an educator for existing staff and provides orientation of new staff.
