Residential Construction Site Manager

Wake Remodeling, a boutique, award-winning Design/Build Remodeling Company in Apex, NC, is actively looking for a Construction Site Manager with Carpentry skills and five years of construction experience to work alongside a fast-paced team of people handling mid to high-end residential remodeling projects. This is a full-time position with benefits. A company vehicle is provided for the right candidate. Hours: M-F 8 a.m.- 4 p.m.

The majority of our work is full-scale kitchen and bathroom remodels, additions, attic and basement finishing, sunrooms/decks etc. We primarily work in Apex, Cary, Holly Springs, Morrisville and Raleigh zip codes that fall within our service area.

Required Experience:

• Construction Experience: 5 years
• Carpentry: 5 years

Required License/Certification:

• Driver's License

Work Location: Apex, NC and the surrounding area within a 15-mile radius
